Vegetarian diet substitutes meats for excessive amount of grains, carbohydrates and soy which are deleterious for our health, lacking some essential amino-acids and increasing carbohydrates.

Ketogenic diet consist of consumption of mostly healthy fat and moderate amount of animal protein. It causes weight loss and bad breath. It is consider one of the most effective diets for patients with cancer or obesity. Increases the production of stem cells.

Intermittent fasting calls for fasting for several hours or days, drinking only water. It could be done by avoiding dinner or breakfast allowing at least 16 hours of intermittent fasting. This method stimulates the production of stem cell and increases detoxification. It is very effective when combined with ketogenic diet. I believe that a healthy diet consists of 80% plant base diet and 20% healthy animal protein (grass-fed beef, wild fish and organic chicken) with plenty of water.

The common denominator of a good diet is to avoid the excessive intake of carbohydrates, especially grain, alcohol and dairy products which contributes to inflammation, obesity, microbial imbalance and accelerated aging.
